MARITIME CORPORATE PADEL CUP

“Maritime Corporate Padel Cup” team together with “Premium Padel Tour” team are going to present an exclusive corporate tournament / event on the 8th & 9th of June where Greek and foreign athletes from Denmark, Germany, Dubai, etc. will participate and compete each other. It is a strictly corporate tournament where companies will have to register their players in order to compete. Our tournament is going to take place in one of the best padel clubs in Athens named “Vibora Padel Academy” which has 5 padel courts (4 of them are covered by a tent which is going to secure the smooth operation of the tournament even if there are unexpected storms/rains etc.). The registration fee for this tournament will be 150 euro per team.

The participants will be divided into groups of four couples, where they will compete against each other. The winning team is defined as the one that wins nine (9) winning games. In case of a tie (8-8) a "Tie-Break" of 7 winning points follows. From each group, the first two (2) of each group will advance to the next phase. Depending on the total entries of the category and the best third. Main table matches up to 8 held with the group system. The semi-finals will be played in two (2) sets of 6 (six) games (6-6) "Tie-Break" and in case of a tie, a "Super Tie" will follow at 10 (ten) winning points. In the finals of the above categories, in case of a set tie (1-1) a third set of 6 games will be played. The game point counting process will follow the "Golden Point" system in all matches.

Who is eligible to participate?

Maritime Corporate Padel Cup is a tournament where companies related to the shipping industry can participate. It is not necessary for the players to work at the company to participate, however they need the permission of the company to play under their name. 

⁠Does the tournament accept Men / Women / Mixed participations?

Yes, we accept all of the above possible combinations to both of our categories (i.e. Supramax & Ultramax)

When is the deadline for the registrations?

The companies can register their player until the 8th of May
